WHY DO WE NEED YOUR ID & PROOF OF ADDRESS?

To continue with your mis-sold pension claim, we need to be able to prove to the authorities and those related to the claim that it is YOU that is making the claim, and therefore that the claim is legitimate. Your ID and Proof Of Address is usually sufficient to prove that our actions are being done on your behalf.

WHAT IDS CAN YOU USE?

In order to move your claim forward, we need:

1x PhotoID, either:

  • Current and in-date UK Passport
  • Current UK Driving License
  • Other EU recognised PhotoID card

2x Proof of address, dated within the last 3 months:

  • Recent utility bill
  • Bank Statement
  • This year’s Council Tax Bill
  • Credit Card Statement
  • Mortgage Statement
