Were you mis-sold your investments?
ORGANIC INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT LIMITED
London-based DFM Organic Investment Management Limited, which manages £tens-of-millions in assets, has agreed with the FCA to cease regulated activities, including advising on investments and pensions.
The FCA placed notices on the firm’s register entry to say that as of 5pm on the 7th December 2018, the Organic Investment must abide by new rules which stopped it from legally doing anything with investments.
In December 2018, it was also revealed that two Organic-managed funds, Long/Short Alpha and Organic Bond Fund, had been suspended.
If you dealt with Organic Investment Management Limited over your pension transfer or investment portfolio, then you may have been mis-sold, and may be able to make a claim.
