Jonathan oversees the day-to-day operation of our Claims Advisers, ensuring that their roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and standards are met when it comes to delivering service to our prospective claims clients.
Responsible for both the initial and ongoing training for Claims Advisers, Jonathan lends his extensive experience of the pensions industry and customer service to every member of the team, while liaising with our quality control staff to identify further training requirements.
