Request a FREE call-back

If you think you may have a mis-sold pension claim, then fill in the form below to get started. We’ll call you back at the best time for you so we can assess your situation and start the claims process.

Get Claims Advice are a claims management company. You can do the claim yourself directly to the adviser or pension company for no charge. You can also approach the Financial Ombudsman Service and Financial Services Compensation Scheme for free if you wish for them to review your case, providing you have approached the adviser or pension provider first, and it falls within their remit.

Don’t worry – getting in touch doesn’t mean you HAVE to start a claim – our Free Initial Assessments come with no obligation, but could leave you better informed about your options.

Make a pension claim

After your initial assessment, we should both have a good idea about whether you have a claim to be made.

At that point, you have a few options: Either go it alone, go to another firm, or come aboard with Get Claims Advice on a no upfront costs basis.

If you seem to have a claim and want to go ahead, we’ll get your claim moving with knowledge, experience and a strategy that’s been developed over years and proven to win back £Millions for mis-sold pensions, with no money upfront.

Your case will be given a dedicated Case Manager too, somebody who’ll drive your case forwards and keep you updated at every stage.

Please note: you have an initial cooling off period of 14 days, if you cancel outside of this period you may be charged for the work carried out and if we have already submitted your claim, which results in an offer of compensation subsequently being made, we will charge our full fee as per our T&Cs – our fee is 20% + VAT – a total of 24%.
